Who are you outside the gym?
I am a plain old dog Mum that lives in the burbs. I am lucky to be an Aunty to a nephew and niece that live locally. In my spare time you will probably find me walking my dog Rory, at home on the lounge watching trash tv shows (massive guilty pleasure) and drinking coffee.
What have you learnt about your own fitness as you've grown in the space?
That more is not better, its just more.
Favourite thing about coaching?
Providing a mental brain scrub for people. We all talk about the physical benefits of exercise whether its increasing vo2 max, gaining strength, building muscle, improving bone density but the day to day magic for people often lies in the mental and emotional benefits. The post exercise endorphins, the sense of accomplishment that follows them throughout the day, the ability to have a laugh with mates for that hour - that's what I am most proud of and my favourite thing about coaching.
Qualifications - Cert III in fitness, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CF Gymnastics, AWF Club Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach NCAS Level 2, Hyrox certified coach, 98 Training Academy Level 1.

Who are you outside the gym?
Outside the gym, I’m a mum of three who loves family life, rugby league, and spending weekends watching my boy run hard just like his pop did. I’m also passionate about mental health advocacy and proud to be an ambassador for Heroes With Ability, supporting opportunities for inclusion and community through sport and movement.
What have you learnt about your own fitness as you've grown in the space? One of the biggest things I’ve learnt is that growth isn’t linear. There are months where you feel strong and capable, and others where life, stress, injury, or fatigue require you to slow down and listen to your body more. Over time, I’ve learnt that consistency, patience, and looking after your health long term are far more important
Favourite thing about coaching? My favourite thing about coaching is seeing members give 100% to themselves, regardless of what that looks like on the day, and then leave feeling better than when they walked in. Whether it’s confidence, strength, resilience, or simply a positive mindset shift, being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.
What's special about CrossFit Camden Valley? The members. The amount of respect I receive and the support for one another. It’s also a place where coaching truly matters — helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, not just for now, but to build a better quality of life as they age.
